Whistleblower System

Integrity and responsible conduct are the foundation of our shared success. We foster an environment in which openness, fairness, and respect are a matter of course. T his also includes ensuring that potential violations of laws or regulations do not go unnoticed. Only by identifying misconduct at an early stage can we work together to find solutions and protect our values.

Our whistleblower system is a key element of this culture. It provides employees and external parties with the opportunity to report concerns or suspicions safely, confidentially, and – if desired – anonymously.

Protecting whistleblowers from any form of discrimination or retaliation is a core principle of our whistleblower system. We also ensure that the identity of whistleblowers is kept confidential to the extent permitted by law. Our goal is to create an atmosphere of trust in which everyone feels safe to speak up and raise concerns.

Our whistleblower system is more than a compliance tool – it is an expression of our shared commitment to ethical and lawful conduct.

Submitting a Report

The main responsibility of our whistleblower system is to handle so‑called regulatory violations. This includes potential misconduct by our employees that may seriously harm our interests, in particular violations of law such as fraud, money laundering or corruption.

In addition, our whistleblower system can be used to report potential or actual adverse impacts within our supply chain, specifically in connection with minerals and metals originating from conflict-affected and high‑risk areas or child labour, as defined in the “Ordinance on Due Diligence and Transparency in relation to Minerals and Metals from Conflict‑Affected Areas and Child Labour”.

Please note that our whistleblowing system is not designed for the submission of other types of information and does not serve as a channel for general inquiries or complaints addressed to the company.

Our whistleblower system provides several channels for reporting potential regulatory violations or supply‑chain‑related concerns involving minerals and metals from conflict‑affected and high‑risk areas or issues related to child labour.
