These lasers generate enormous heat in the cutting area, which must be cooled. To ensure this cooling, our customer Bystronic Laser AG has created a laser cutting head specially developed for this purpose. This cutting head cannot be manufactured using conventionally machined components, or only with great difficulty. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is where Sauber Technologies comes into play. We use additive manufacturing to create part of the laser cutting head in stainless steel, as this technology favors very complex components.
